NoMa Condo Developments
Two new condo developments are reshaping NoMa, with luxury homes and spectacular amenities. From upscale finishes to stylish living space, new condo developments such as Lexicon and Pullman Place continue to generate new excitement in the area.
Lexicon offers more than 180 condos, with large floor plans ranging from one-bedroom units to those including two bedrooms plus a den. Priced from the low $400,000s for one of the smaller units, some of the larger units of Lexicon command prices starting in the upper $700,000s.
As well, the development also features a cascading outdoor swimming pool, a well-equipped fitness center, a community clubroom and concierge services. The development additionally includes ground floor retail space and garage parking with some temperature controlled storage units. The nine-story building is an easy walk from the Metro.
In comparison, Pullman Place includes more than 40 contemporary condos, complete with kitchen islands, quartz countertops and high ceilings. As well, the homes also include wide plank wood flooring, a private patio or balcony with city views and spa-inspired baths.
The stylish development is close to Union Market and only a couple of blocks away from Union Station. The six-story structure offers one- and two-bedroom condos, ranging from 570 to more than 1,000 square feet of living space on the lower floors, and larger penthouse units up above.
Pullman Place includes its own rooftop lounge with BBQ grills, a fitness center and secure bike storage. There is also the opportunity to purchase surface-level parking. Five of the units of Pullman Place include a private entrance via Parker Street, set a short walk away from two Metro stations, plus various options in entertainment and dining in the H Street Corridor.
Home to world-renowned museums, boutiques, bars and restaurants, NoMa is just a few minutes away from some of the DC area’s most enviable sites and attractions.
