New Townhomes Coming to Reston Station
Some brand-new townhomes are headed to Reston Station, presenting future buyers with even more reasons to make a move to the area. Development is well underway, transforming the site into a more transit-oriented, mixed-use community.
In all, the area will eventually consist of more than three-million square feet of development, some of which is still in the works. The idea is to not only incorporate office space, but also add in luxury hotels, restaurants, residences and more.
This includes a number of new townhomes going up in the area. In particular, crews recently broke grown on more than 100 new townhomes planned as part of the Reston Midline project.
It’s hoped many of the Townhomes at Reston Station will be delivered sometime in early next year, with the remaining three-dozen or so delivered as part of a second phase of the development. This particular property sits right across the street from the metro station.
The location is ideal, as it surrounds its future residents with countless possibilities in retail and dining, as well as transportation convenience. The townhomes are priced from the high $700,000s, while the elevator townhomes of this property are priced from the high $900,000s.
Buyers can choose from three- to four-bedrooms, and up to 4.5-baths. The multi-story townhomes also come with a two-car garage and a rooftop terrace for living and entertaining.
This past spring, crews broke ground on another collection of townhomes near the metro station. Union Towns at Reston Station is made up of around two-dozen new luxury townhomes.
The stylish townhomes are currently up for sale, and priced starting from the mid $800,000s. They sit within walking distance of the metro, restaurants and local retailers. The development will also include some green space, a dog park and access to a nearby rooftop swimming pool.
