Dozens of new luxury condos are headed to Old Town North. Development is currently underway for the new Muse condos, with sales expected to begin later this fall.
The new condos are being built at the former site of MetroStage Theater. The location is partially bordered by the Mount Vernon Trail and close to the Potomac River for outdoor recreation.
The new residential tower will eventually be joined by an accompanying building and bridge housing The Arts League and thousands of square feet dedicated to the arts and cultural works. The convenient location puts Muse within about five miles of DC and minutes of the airport.
It is also close to several options in dining, shopping and entertainment in Old Town. Residents won’t have to go far, though, to enjoy some of the building’s planned shared amenities.
This includes fitness and yoga studios, a library and lounge. The property will also offer its residents underground parking and 24-hour concierge service.
A rooftop clubroom is expected to supply some sensational waterfront views with a fireplace, grilling space and space for lounging with neighbors, family members and guests. Additional options will include an on-site pet spa, car charging stations and opportunities for private storage.
New residents can also expect to find such high-end additions in the condos as Italian cabinetry and floor-to-ceiling windows for allowing natural light to flow throughout the homes. Other common features include engineered hardwoods, upscale appliances and quartz countertops. The new condos will also offer some sweeping views of the surrounding area.
Priced generally from the $800,000s to the high $2 million range, floor plans within Muse start with a large one-bedroom plus a den. There is also the option of a two-bedroom unit or a much larger two-bedroom plus a den, providing more than 1,900 square feet of living space.
