Lofts at Reston Station Now Selling
Desirable new condos are now selling with the Lofts at Reston Station. Priced starting in the mid $500,000s, the redevelopment project brings with it your choice of dozens of single-level condos, plus another dozen two-level townhouse-style condos to the area.
Those two-level options are reportedly already sold out, as are about half of the more traditional floor plans within the property, offering up two-bedrooms and two-baths. These one-level elevator condos come in seven different designs to fit your lifestyle needs. Current options generally range from around 1,300 square feet of living space to more than 1,600 square feet of living space.
Buyers are treated to such inclusions as high ceilings and large windows, plus the advantage of Smart Home technology. As well, buyers can also expect to find a full-size washer and dryer with the homes, a large amount of storage space and some oversized kitchen islands, quartz countertops, stainless steel appliances and hardwoods.
The new mid-rise condo project takes the place of a former office building and parking lot in the Reston area. As the name implies, however, the property’s most convenient attribute is perhaps its location. It sits a short walk from the closest Metro station and a short drive from major roadways in the area.
The Lofts at Reston Station mark the first redevelopment project located just northeast of the Metro station. Found outside of DC, Reston is a major business hub, with several Fortune 500 companies making a home in the community.
