Hudson Quarter Now Selling in Falls Church

A new collection of homes is now selling in Falls Church, where buyers have the option of just 18 unique housing options. Hudson Quarter is a new luxury community of single-family homes going up in the Sleepy Hollow neighborhood.

The new construction homes of Hudson Quarter come in three different floorplans, typically ranging from around 4,200 square feet to 8,000 square feet of living space. The homes all offer four- to-five-bedrooms and up to 4.5-baths.

With plenty of room for customization, the new community provides thoughtfully designed homes from the Gulick Group. The local builder is constructing light-filled homes with clean lines and a number of upscale features and finishes.

All homes in Hudson Quarter sit on a third of an acre and they’re being designed to fit in with mature trees and surrounding green space. While small in size, Falls Church is full of charm and the allure of a small-town setting.
