Flats at Pierce Court Now Selling
A sales center is now open, giving prospective residents a first look at the new Flats at Pierce Court. The new Arlington property brings with it modern new condos, with the option of only a dozen select units for buyers to choose from.
Available condos start at two-bedrooms and two-baths, priced starting in the high $400,000s. While the smallest floor plan features around 700 square feet of living space and a balcony, there are also some two-bedroom plans that allow for even more square footage, some of which offer up both a private terrace and a balcony and are priced in the high $500,000s.
The two-bedroom, two-bath units are all located on the first two floors of the building. Meanwhile, the remaining three floors of the building provide space for the larger floor plans.
There are a total of six units with three-bedrooms and two-baths, some of which offer a private balcony and from around 1,100 square feet of living space. There are also similar floor plans with up to around 1,200 square feet of living space.
These three-bedroom plans are generally priced from the low $800,000s to the low $900,000s, with some of the larger units commanding even larger outdoor space. As well, there are also two penthouse units available with the Flats at Pierce Court. Both penthouse units offer up three-bedrooms and two-baths, along with a large balcony. Priced in the high $900,000s, these units additionally offer an even larger, private roof deck and around 1,200 square feet of living space.
New buyers of all of the Flats at Pierce Court units can expect to find stainless steel appliances and quartz countertops, along with wide-plank wood flooring and marble in the baths. Laundry appliances are included. The condos of this property also come with a parking space and monthly fees cover most utilities.
