Enjoy One of DC’s Top Roof decks and More at Ten Ten Mass

While it’s home to one of DC’s top roof decks, there’s much to enjoy than just the roof space at Ten Ten Mass. This is a full-service, luxury building in DC’s Mount Vernon neighborhood.

The sleek building comes with some garage parking, a 24-hour front desk, and some units include their own private balconies. It’s the shared rooftop that has people talking, though, as it includes a swimming pool, dining and lounge areas, and space for gas grills.

It also offers some sweeping views looking out over the surrounding neighborhood. This stylish condo building is one of the region’s largest developments, with more than 160 luxury condos for buyers to choose from.

Originally delivered in the mid 2000s, the 14-story building has many different floorplans that vary greatly in size and layout, with typically from around 700 to 1,400 square feet of living space. Most of the units come with floor-to-ceiling windows, high ceilings, and light hardwood floors.

You may also find things such as granite countertops, wood cabinetry, and stainless-steel appliances in the kitchens of Ten Ten Mass. As well, buyers may find spa-like baths, and large bay windows for soaking in views from the privacy of their own homes.

The top two levels of the building are dedicated to penthouse units with their own private terraces and sweeping views. Close to the K Street corridor and CityCenter, the pet-friendly building sits within a few blocks of several Metro lines, plus its location on Massachusetts Avenue means you never have to search far for a taxi, either.

It’s just as easy to walk to some nearby locations, though, as you’ll find theaters, museums, entertainment venues, shopping, and dining options all close to Ten Ten Mass. For added convenience, the building is within walking distance of a Whole Foods Market.
