A vacant lot will soon be transformed into dozens of luxury condominium homes in the 14th Street Historic District. Construction is now underway for Elysium Logan, a planned eight-story development currently being constructed between two existing apartment buildings in Logan Circle, close to the corner of Rhode Island Avenue and 14th Street.

When completed in about a year the project will house 32 individual units, of one-, two- and three-bedrooms, all ranging in size, with some including upwards of more than 2,000 square feet of living space, offering options for growing families, singles and couples wishing to downsize from their current accommodations.

With only four units on each floor of the building, the development also includes three penthouse units, each with its own private outdoor living and entertainment space to enjoy, accessible via a spiral staircase. As well, seven of the units within Elysium Logan will include their own private elevator access.

With oversized windows in the front and rear facing balconies, the building also calls for the convenience of parking, a courtyard and bike storage. As well, the PGN Architects-designed building will also include a green roof and is being constructed to compliment the surrounding townhomes in the neighborhood.

Backing up to a Whole Foods Market, this desirable area puts residents within an easy walk of the U Street and Dupont Circle Metro Stations, making for a simple commute around the rest of the DC metro area. As well, the location is a mere half-block away from all of the offerings of the nearby Fourteenth Street Historic District and busy 14th Street, known for its diverse selection of art galleries, dining options, live entertainment and trendy shops and businesses.

Developed by Madison Investments, the more than 52,000 square foot project is currently set for completion sometime in summer 2017.  Here is a resource to learn more about Elysium Logan.
