As we turn to fall, the DC real estate market continues to be hot with well-priced new listings attracting multiple offers within hours of hitting the market. Our team of buyer-focused agents here at DC Condo Boutique has been fortunate to have represented buyers on many of these "hot listing" transactions over the past few months. Our team works in the busy TTR Sotheby's International Realty office on 14th Street in the heart of Logan Circle. Our office hums with new listings and we have been able to get our clients access to many properties just as they hit the market. Â
