Cityline at Tenley: Sleek Condos Above Tenleytown Metro

cityline_at_tenley_450

Cityline at Tenley is a 204-unit condo development that is built above retail at the Tenleytown Metro.  This site was originally developed in the 1940s for a Sears and Robuck store and later housed a Hechingers.  The redevelopment of the site preserved the original art deco facade while adding four levels of modern condos.

Today the site is home to a ground-level retail component that includes a Best Buy, a Container Store and an Ace Hardware Store.  Rounding out the retail component of this location is a Whole Foods Market located directly across Wisconsin Avenue.

Cityline at Tenley developer finishes included contemporary open interiors with over-sized windows and private outdoor spaces.  Cityline at Tenley has one of the highest elevations in the District with stunning views that stretch to Tysons Corner and beyond.  Development amenities included a gym, concierge, conference room, garage parking and an interior courtyard.

Currently, three units are available for sale at Cityline at Tenley ranging in price from $415,000 to $469,900.  Here is a resource to learn more about and view active Cityline at Tenley real estate listings.
