City Homes Taking Multi-Level Living to the Next Level
With a popular location and plenty of desirable features, City Homes is taking multi-level living to the next level. This new condo building is expected to deliver this spring, with your choice of nearly four-dozen multi-story residences in Northeast DC.
The floor plans of City Homes come in one-, two- and even three-bedroom layouts in a townhome-style design. The two- and three-level homes make it easy to blend private living space, workspace and entertainment space into one desirable address.
Each of the residences comes with its own private outdoor space, as well. Units either have a balcony or a patio.
Units on the fifth floor of the building offer the added bonus of private roof deck terraces. Many feature some impressive views of the Washington Monument and of the Basilica.
Of course, the building’s Eckington address is a major advantage, as well. It sits close to Union Market and NoMa, plus future residents will also easily be able to enjoy the many local retailers, restaurants and parks close to City Homes.
All of the new luxury homes making up the City Homes development come with massive factory-style windows, allowing plenty of natural light to flow throughout the homes. The contemporary interiors were created by none other than the award-winning interior design firm of Cecconi Simone.
The design incorporates other industrial elements as well, including black fixtures, balanced by bright finishes. It’s this contrast that further sets the units apart from the rest.
City Homes is one of four residential buildings and tens of thousands of square feet of retail space planned for the much larger Quincy Lane Project. The project plans to bring hundreds of new residences to Eckington, including those of City Homes. It also aims to bring the uniqueness of a shared street experience to residents and visitors, alike.
