For affordability in the heart of Alexandria, Bucknell Manor provides the perfect location and price point. Located just to the south of Old Town, buyers have hundreds of options to choose from in a well-established, neighborhood setting.
While the subdivision originally began well more than a half-century ago with “starter” homes, some of those homes have since been expanded, or even replaced with larger residences over the years. Still, the price point has remained relatively affordable, even for a three- or four-bedroom home in the area.

Other area attractions include a nearby golf course, along with the popular Mount Vernon Trail for biking and walking. Perhaps the biggest attraction of all, though, is living close to the shopping, dining and historic possibilities of Old Town Alexandria.
