Brookland Grove Debuting Soon
New townhomes are debuting soon in Edgewood, where progress is underway on Brookland Grove. The property’s three- and four-bedroom townhomes are coming to an area just a few blocks away from the closest Metro Station.
Expected to launch early next year, Brookland Grove will eventually feature 60 new townhomes. Buyers will be able to choose from either a three- or four-level townhome with at least 2.5-baths and up to a two bay garage.
Home designs start at around 2,000 square feet of living space. The Whitlow floor plan is the smaller layout. It features three- to four-bedrooms, up to four-baths and a two-car garage.
The Edgewood floorplan is a bit larger. It starts at 2,100 square feet, and buyers also have the choice of three- to four-bedrooms and up to four-baths. This particular model comes with either a one- or two-car garage.
It’s expected the new townhomes will be priced starting from the low $900,000s. Buyers will have the option of customizing the new homes with some of the most modern design trends and smart tech options.
Buyers can also choose to add a private rooftop terrace. The first model units at Brookland Grove should be open to potential buyers in the near future.
In addition to the new townhomes, the property will offer two-acres of green space and a location close to what buyers need and want in the surrounding neighborhood. This includes convenient access to the Metro and the Metropolitan Branch Trail for outdoor recreation.
The nearby Brookland neighborhood is also home to dozens of shops, bars, breweries and restaurants. In addition, the Monroe Street Market is within walking distance of the planned townhomes of Brookland Grove.
The new townhomes sit at the site of the former St Paul’s College. Brookland Grove is just one of nearly two-dozen developments either planned for or currently under construction in DC’s Edgewood, Brookland and Langdon neighborhoods.
