ARC 3409 Condos Coming To Arlington

The ARC 3409 is the newest Virginia Square condominium development in Arlington located near Clarendon, and just 2 blocks from the Orange Line Metro. While the building is expected to open in the fall, ARC 3409 will deliver 85 new high-rise luxury condos that will feature 1-bedroom, 2-bedroom, and Studio modern style condos.
The name of the building, ARC 3409 references its address 3409 Wilson Boulevard. Formerly the AKA Virginia Square extended stay hotel, the building was purchased by Bethesda-based The Goldstar Group and has been rebranded as ARC 3409 to feature luxury condos. Built in 2008, the structure of the building will not change since it was originally built to be condos; however, the developers are pouring $6 million into major renovations in the interior to replace floors, kitchens, and re-fit the units. The building has a cool effect—lots of angles, curves, glass and the units have floor-to-ceiling glass with lots of natural light coming through, as well as very large balconies.
The modern-style condos will glisten with white quartz countertops, stainless steel appliances and dark or gray hardwood floors, and white or dark cabinetry in generous open space floor plans. The elegant entryway lobby will welcome residents into the building. Renovations will add space to common areas and add Amenities, such as a Concierge, elegant lobby, rooftop deck, fitness center and bicycle storage.
