The White House may be the most famous address on Pennsylvania Avenue, but there’s another notable address to consider that doesn’t require running for the nation’s top job. Located at 2501 Pennsylvania Avenue, the 2501 Penn condo building sits in DC’s West End neighborhood.

Completed in the late 2000s, the building is home to just 16 condominium homes, so it’s not common for units to even come on the market at 2501 Penn. This boutique building offers luxury condos today, but it can trace its roots back to the 19^th century.
