801 North Defined by Commercial to Residential Transformation

A successful commercial to residential transformation means buyers now have dozens of new luxury residences to choose from in Alexandria. As for some of the shared amenities, 801 North comes with a private rooftop deck with room for grilling, fire pits, and some lounge seating. The property also includes a clubroom. 

The location In Old Town Alexandria means living close to area shops, restaurants, theaters, and parks. As well, the condos of 801 North sit just a short stroll away from the Potomac River, and a short commute from DC, National Harbor and National Landing. 

As for Old Town, the designated historic district is known for its waterfront, and for some of its brick-lined sidewalks, shops, and historic attractions. The architecture is truly special, and busy King Street, in particular, is the place to go to do some shopping, or enjoy a taste of some of the area’s best restaurants.
