Some brand-new townhomes are headed to Reston Station, presenting future buyers with even more reasons to make a move to the area. Development is well underway, transforming the site into a more transit-oriented, mixed-use community.

In all, the area will eventually consist of more than three-million square feet of development, some of which is still in the works. The idea is to not only incorporate office space, but also add in luxury hotels, restaurants, residences and more.

This includes a number of new townhomes going up in the area. In particular, crews recently broke grown on more than 100 new townhomes planned as part of the Reston Midline project.

Former Capitals coach Todd Reirden is making another big change. Just days after losing his job as head coach, Reirden put his Falls Church home on the market.

The six-bedroom, eight-bath home is currently listed at $2.25 million. Reirden purchased the home just two years ago, but during that time reportedly made several upgrades to the property.
