DC Condo Boutique team member Mansour Abu-Rameh represented the buyer of a condo in the L at City Vista located at 440 L Street NW #804 in DC's Mount Vernon Triangle Neighborhood.  This condo featured 2 BR / 2BA / 1,046 SF and a parking space. This unit sold on May 20th, 2013 for $580,000 / $554 SF.
