The lobby of Mather Studios sets the tone for the building with custom artwork, granite flooring and designer lighting.  Shiny metallic doors leading to each residence help to define the unique style of this building.  Chic

Capitol Hill Luxury New Construction

Reminiscent of a late night Billy Mays price slashing infomercial, luxury Capitol Hill development Congressional Overlook has cut prices to the bone to move the remaining inventory.  With a location directly across the street from Congressional Office Buildings and two blocks from the Capitol, this location is residential gold for DC power brokers.

The recent price cuts for the remaining Congressional Overlook units are among the most aggressive that I have seen recently in the DC luxury new construction market. Can anyone remember a 58% reduction in asking price?

All three of these units are multi-level, the A units are lower level and the B units are uppers.  Here is a resource to view the active listings

The block of Church Street between 14th Street and 15th Street is widely viewed as ground zero of the Logan Circle loft district.  Loft projects on this block include: Lofts 14; Lofts 14 Two; Saxon Court; The Metro; Citta 50 and Rainbow Lofts.

Currently, two Church Street loft units are listed for sale. A 2BR /
