2000 Clarendon Condos Coming to Court House
Brand new condos are headed to Arlington’s Court House neighborhood. 2000 Clarendon plans to bring more than 80 new luxury condos to the area, with delivery right now scheduled for spring of next year.
Reports suggest nearly half of the new condos will be one-bedroom, one-bath floor plans. Ranging from around 620 square feet to nearly 740 square feet in size, buyers can expect the condos to start priced in the high $400,000s.
Other options include around a dozen slightly larger floor plans with one-bedroom plus a den. Buyers will also have the choice of dozens of different two-bedroom, two-bath floor plans.
As well, there will be a handful of larger Sky Suites available, priced starting upwards of $1 million. Some of the units of 2000 Clarendon will be more in line with a loft-style floor plan, as well, adding in exposed columns, piping and ductwork.
New owners will be able to customize their units with selections ranging from quartz countertops to wide-plank hardwoods and upgraded cabinetry. A majority of units within the property will also feature floor-to-ceiling windows, and some will offer either a private terrace or balcony for added space.
Buyers at 2000 Clarendon can also expect to find high ceilings with the new residences. All units of the new condo development will additionally offer one garage parking space, with extra parking and storage space available for an added fee.
As for other community amenities, they’ll range from the swimming pool and sundeck to a rooftop terrace with sweeping city skyline views, as well as views of area monuments and Georgetown. In addition, a rooftop club provides entertaining space and a kitchen, while a fitness center gives new buyers additional property options.
Ground level retail space will further compliment the property. As well, a convenient location close to the Metro will make it easy for future residents to get out and explore the rest of the surrounding DC area.
