Ballston Green: New Townhomes Near Metro

Arlington’s popular Ballston neighborhood is welcoming Ballston Green, a new community of four-story luxury townhomes now for sale just four blocks from the Ballston Metro at the intersection of N Wakefield Street and Wilson Boulevard.  Only 28 townhomes are being built, with 18 already pre-sold, awaiting spring 2014 deliveries.

Ballston Green homes will have classic brick facades and contemporary interiors, featuring 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms with high-end finishes like hardwood floors, granite countertops, and designer kitchens, but interiors can be completely customized as well to include whole-house sound systems and cabinetry options, for example.    The homes feature large master bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms, terraces, rear 2-car garages and recreation rooms on the lower level.  A 4th floor loft will give homebuyers a flexible space with high ceilings and natural light.  At 2,300 square feet, the Ballston Green townhomes are priced from $899,000.

The new luxury townhouses are being built by local developer Madison Homes, well-known for creating exceptional communities in urban environments.    Ballston Green, near the intersection of Wilson and North Glebe Road, is located a couple of blocks from Ballston’s best amenities: nearly two dozen restaurants, bars, movie theaters, a Harris Teeter grocery store and a farmer’s market.  Ballston Green is also near Metro’s newest soon-to-open Silver Line, which will connect downtown DC to Tyson’s Corner and other parts of Virginia.
