American University Park
American University Park is a neighborhood located in the Northwest Quadrant of Washington, DC. The neighborhood was developed in the 1920s by WC and AN Miller company and is often referred to in its abbreviated form as AU Park.
AU Park is mainly a residential neighborhood except for small commercial sectors on Wisconsin and Massachusetts Avenues. The communities bucolic tree-lined streets feature about 2,700 single-family homes many of which are by center hall colonial architecture.
