Top DC Condo Sales - October 2012

The most expensive condo to sell in the District during October 2012 was in Kalorama at Kalorama Square located at 1804 Kalorama Sq NW #17, Washington, DC. This 5 BR / 5.5 BA / 3,562 SF townhouse-style condo includes four parking spaces. The selling price was $2.8M / $786 SF, which was 93% of the asking price.
Congratulations to selling Realtor Patrick Chauvin of Washington Fine Properties for closing the most expensive condo sale in the District in October 2012.
Honorable mention for the second most expensive DC condo sold in October 2012 was also in Kalorama at the St Nicholas located at 2230 California St NW, #4B-E, Washington, DC. This 3 BR / 3 BA / 2,083 SF condo includes one parking space. The selling price was $1.355M / $651 SF which was 97% of asking price.
