Champlain Street Luxury Building

There is nothing ordinary about the Erie Condominiums, located in the heart of Adams Morgan at 2351 Champlain Street, NW.  This eight-unit custom, luxury building was designed by Bonstra Haresign and developed by DB Lee Development.  The Erie layout includes four courtyard units and four penthouse units.  Penthouse units include private roof top decks with hot tubs, wet bar, half bath and outdoor shower.

Interior features of the Erie include two-story floor plans with steel framing, poured concrete floors, high ceilings and floating wood staircases with glass railings.  Modern industrial kitchens featuring bamboo cabinets and Bosch, SubZero and Wolf appliances are stunning.

The 45-foot courtyard of the Erie is truly one of the unique spaces in the urban DC condo line-up.  Inspired by the architecture of Barcelona, it features a bright yellow curved wall design with a stunning 25-foot long wall fountain, fire pit and turquoise couches.  The Erie includes one level of underground parking with eight parking places.

Other projects in Adams Morgan by D.B. Lee include 2424 Lofts and The Kalorama.
