Lined with Victorian-era row houses and a sidewalk laid in a stylish herringbone design that rivals the finest Savile Row fabrics, Swann Street has the look and feel of Manhattan's Upper East Side.  The ginko tree-lined Swann Street runs five blocks between 14th Street and 19th Street in the Dupont East neighborhood.

Many of the fine Victorian row homes along Swann Street have undergone exterior restorations to to s been beautifully restored to their original grandeur.  Potomac Construction Group has recently completed renovations at 1617 Swann with the top of the line finishes.  Two of the seven units at this project are still currently available and listed…
