<p>The <strong>Alta at Thomas Circle</strong>, delivered in 2006 by <a title="dc condo boutique blog posts about pn hoffman" href="http://www.dccondoboutique.com/blog/tags/pn-hoffman/">PN Hoffman</a>, was DC's first LEED Certified residential condo building. From low VOC paints, low-E glass, compact fluorescent lighting, water saving appliances and a wonderful rooftop garden, the Alta set a high standard for green building in the District.</p>
