<p>The <strong>Woodley Wardman</strong> development in <a title="woodley park real estate" href="http://www.dccondoboutique.com/woodley-park.php" target="_self">Woodley Park</a> has released four Christian Zaptka-designed penthouse residences that are now available for sale.  The Woodley Wardman was recognized by national real estate advisory firm Delta Associates as the "best boutique condominium project in the Mid-Atlantic Region in 2011."</p>
<p>The Woodley Wardman project successfully fuses four historic Wardman-era brick row houses fronting Connecticut Avenue with a new seven-story structure.  The penthouse units are located in the new tower and offer awe-inspiring views of the DC skyline including the National Cathedral and Rock Creek Park.</p>
<p>The Woodman Wardman has been overwhelmingly well received by clients that we have toured the project with.  The quality of the finishes and the luxury feel of the project have impressed everyone that has visited.</p>

<p align="left">It tough not to get excited about all the new residential construction projects underway on 14th Street between Logan Circle and U Street. <strong>The Aston</strong>, which is located at the corner of 14th Street &amp; R Street, is expected to deliver 32 new condos in 2013.</p>
<p align="left">Architectural design for the Aston was by Bonstra | Haresign, who has completed several other projects in the 14th Street Corridor including Q14, the Matrix and Lofts 14. The 14th Street facade is patterned after the many automobile showrooms that previously lined DC's 14th Street Corridor.</p>
<p>The seven-story Aston will feature ground level retail and 18 underground parking spaces. Aston units are expected to price from the $300s - $1.1M.
