Prominently situated at the corner of 13th and N, Solo Piazza delivers luxury with an artistic flair. Reminiscent of my older sister's treasured 1970s-era mood ring, the light sculpture above the Solo Piazza foyer changes color based on the temperature. Upon entering the two-story Solo Piazza lobby, the eye is immediately drawn to the wonderful and dramatic pieces by local artists which adorn the walls.
Solo Piazza's artistic flair draws is the collective work of architect Bonstra Haresign and artist turned developer Giorgio Fursio of Fursio Development. While hugging 13th and N in the front, Solo Piazza's rear curves around a hidden interior courtyard decked out with soaring bamboo trees, a fountain and waterfalls. Solo Piazza draws its name from its location SOuth of LOgan and the interior courtyard reminiscent of an Italian piazza.
This nine-story, 77-unit project was completed in 2002. It features a two-story parking garage, rooftop deck and outdoor living space with every unit. Floor to ceiling windows, Poggenpohl cabinets and extensive stonework headline the luxury appointments at Solo Piazza.
Currently, two units are available for sale at Solo Piazza. #606 is a 2 BR / 2 BA with 1,192 SF listed for $674,000 and #906 is a 2BR / 2 BA penthouse with 1,164 SF listed for $725,000.
