New construction condos that straddle the Dupont, Logan and U Street neighborhoods at the corner of 15th and Swann are now availalble for sale. This ground-up new construction project, located at 1821 15th Street, is designed as a replica of a Victorian-period row house and includes four upscale condos.
1821 15th St condos feature 9 ft ceilings, bamboo flooring, Elfa closets, cararra marble kitchen counters, Bosch appliances, marble bathrooms and outdoor space.
Each of the condos offers 2 BR / 2 BA configuration and range in size from 841 SF to 961 SF. Prices at 1821 15th start at $475,000. 1821 15th Street #2 is is featured in the MLS for $519,000. Two parking spaces are available at the project for $30,000 each.
Delivery is targeted for June 2010.
