This unit features a recently renovated kitchen and bathroom with finishes that include river white granite, maple cabinets and new stainless appliances.  Downtown I + II is located southeast of Logan Circle on N street between 12th and 13th and is a short walk to the Mt Vernon Square Metro Station.

This one-of-a-kind unit was designed around the original elevator shaft in the building and features many upscale appointments throughout.  The unit sold on April 17th 2013 for $1.39M / $1,057 SF.

The market for loft condos on Church Street in Logan Circle has remained blistering hot over the last year.  If you are interested in owning and living in a Church Street loft….the best advice we can offer is to jump in aggressively with both feet when a unit comes on the market!

Over the last year, 14 units in the 1400 block of Church Street have sold.  Prices have ranged from a low of $521,000 for a 1 BR / 1 BA /  833 SF unit at Lofts 14 to a high of $1,140,000 for a 2 BR /  2.5 BA /  1,789 SF unit at Lofts 14.

Developer PN Hoffman opened the doors this past weekend at Northern Exchange, its newest project at 14th and R in Logan Circle.  Northern Exchange is the conversion of a circa 1903 former telephone switching facility into 36 loft style condos.

Clients that toured the facility this past weekend with the DC Condo Boutique team were unanimously positive in their feedback about the project and the units.  From the lobby which pays tribute to the buildings former use as a telephone company facility……to the industrial chicness of the unit finishes….feedback was very positive.  One challenge for some of our buyers was that there is no parking available at Northern Exchange.
