Congressional Overlook Slashes Prices

Reminiscent of a late night Billy Mays price slashing infomercial, luxury Capitol Hill development Congressional Overlook has cut prices to the bone to move the remaining inventory. With a location directly across the street from Congressional Office Buildings and two blocks from the Capitol, this location is residential gold for DC power brokers.
The recent price cuts for the remaining Congressional Overlook units are among the most aggressive that I have seen recently in the DC luxury new construction market. Can anyone remember a 58% reduction in asking price?
All three of these units are multi-level, the A units are lower level and the B units are uppers. Here is a resource to view the active listings at Congressional Overlook.
